Since Anna is not present with us in the studio, we've decided to twist things a little and put Marta in the red seat. 

We are diving into the questions of the purpose and need of community. What does it look like in 2020? How important is common purpose and alignment of values in creating community? 

Marta shares from her own knowledge and experiences with starting and initiating communities. 

She shares her lessons and learnings, and why the ability to fail is important. 

Furthermore she tells us a bit about evolutionary organizations and what energy and intuition has to do with it all.
